Measure | Ingredient |

1 large | Head cauliflower |
1 \N | Head lettuce; torn |
1 pack | (10-oz) frozen peas |
1 carton | (8-oz) sour cream |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 pounds | Bacon; cooked, crumbled |
Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Layer lettuce, cauliflower & peas in that order in a 3-quart bowl. Combine sour cream & mayonnaise, mixing well.
Spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients in order listed. Cover bowl tightly & chill overnight. Yields 8-10 servings.
