|2 cups||Self-rising flour|
|1 cup||Salad oil|
|1 teaspoon||Cinnamon (up to)|
|1½ cup||Nuts; chopped|
|1||Jar baby food plums; junior-size|
Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs & plums, stirring well. Add nuts. Mix well, but do not beat. Bake in greased bundt pan in a non-preheated oven at 325 for 1 hour.
