2 teaspoons Toasted sesame oil
½ tablespoon Ginger; finely chopped
1 \N Clove (large) garlic; finely choped
4 cups Bok Choy; cut diagonally into 1\" slices
¾ pounds Firm tofu; drained and cut into 1\" chunks
1 can (15-oz) baby corn
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
½ tablespoon Chili paste with soy bean
1½ tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
