1½  Litres tomato sauce
1½ kilograms Mozzarella
1½ kilograms Fresh tomato sliced
750 grams Lettuce leaves
500 millilitres Mayonnaise
700 grams Bacon

Panfry bacon cut into 1 cm squares. Dry after frying. Spread dough, top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh sliced tomato and the bacon.
