Avocado ice cream

Yield: 1 batch

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Orange juice
½ cup Lemon juice
14½ ounce Can evaporated milk well chilled
1 cup Mashed ripe avocados
1½ cup Sugar

Mix juices. Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume. Add all ingredients; blend well. Freeze.
