3 smalls | Serrano chiles or 1 small jalapeno chile,, finely chop |

\N \N | Sea salt, to taste |
\N \N | Freshly ground black pepper,, to taste |
Mash the avocados with a fork and stir in the onions, cilantro, chiles, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Yield: about 2½ cups
