Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | Sieved avocado |
1 \N | Clove garlic |
1½ teaspoon | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | Minced parsley |
¾ teaspoon | Celery seed |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
3 drops | Tabasco sauce; more or less |
1 teaspoon | Grated onion |
½ teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through a sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and other ingredients, blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup.
