| 1½ teaspoon | Minced garlic |
| ¼ cup | Chopped green onions |
| ¼ cup | Finely chopped Chinese parsley |
| 1½ teaspoon | Dried chili flakes or 1 fresh green chili; minced |

Dice tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
