1 pounds | Cottage cheese with pineapple |

1 pint | Sour cream or yogurt |
½ cup | Sugar (white) |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
¼ cup | Golden raisins |
4 slices | Pineapple; cut into quarters |
3 tablespoons | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
TOPPING
Mix all ingredients (except topping) together and pour into greased 13x9 pan. Lay pineapple quarters decoratively on the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top and bake for 30 minutes longer. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate leftovers.
