Au gratin beef and spinach

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach
1¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Bread crumbs
1 x Small onion, diced
1 cup Sharp cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Melted butter(or oleo)

Brown beef and onion over medium heat. Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. Combine meat, spinach, cheese and seasonings. Turn into greased 1 qt baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter or margarine, sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in an oven that has NOT been preheated for 30 min. A fast and easy way to get the kids to get their spinach!!!!!
