Asparagus ham quiche

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen asparagus spears --
10 ounces Each
\N \N Cut and thawed
1 pounds Cooked ham -- chopped
2 cups Swiss cheese -- shredded 8
\N \N Oz
½ cup Chopped onion
6 eaches Eggs
2 cups Milk
1½ cup Buttermilk baking mix
2 tablespoons Vegetable flaked -- dried
¼ teaspoon Pepper

In two greased 9 inch. pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion. In a bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 375 deg. for 30 min. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 12 servings.
