4 cups | Carrots; julienned |
4 cups | Red onion; roasted, julienned |
2 bunches | Green onion; thin bias cut |
1 cup | Jicama; julienned |
2 \N | Juice of lemon |

1. Toss all.
2. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.
3. Cool, then julienne.

1. Toss all ingredients with julienned mushrooms.

1. Add lemon juice, DRAIN well before serving.
