asian skewered chicken

Woooden or metal skewers; (up to 8)
¼ cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Dry white wine
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Onion powder
1 dash Pepper
1½ pounds Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 1/2 in cubes
