  Sauce III
¼ cup Butter
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Egg yolks; well beaten
2 tablespoons Half and half
½ teaspoon Drv mustard

Place butter in a 2 cup measure. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 45 seconds to 1 minute. Add lemon juice and egg yolks. Blend well. Beat in half and half and mustard. Microwave at medium high (70%) until mixture begins to thicken, 1 to 2 minutes. DO NOT BOIL Beat until smooth. Serve warm.
