artichoke-spinach casserole #2

MeasureIngredient
1 can (8-oz) artichokes; quartered
2 packs Frozen chopped spinach; cooked & drained
Stick butter or margarine; melted
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese
⅓ pounds Bacon; fried crisp & crumbled
  Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except bacon & cheese in a casserole. Put bacon & cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
