|½ cup||Non-fat yogurt|
|1 tablespoon||Prepared horseradish|
|1 pinch||Powdered mustard|
Mix yogurt with horseradish and mustard. Use other seasoning to taste. Mix well, refrigerate while artichoke is steaming.
