arroz dulce-sweet rice pudding

1½ cup Cooked Rice
2 cups Evaporated Milk
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Egg Whites (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine rice, milk and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer over low heat; add cinnamon. If desired, whip two egg whites and add to hot rice mixture, stirring rapidly. Add vanilla. Serve hot or cold. Walt
