Measure | Ingredient |

⅓ cup | Honey mustard or dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons | Apricot preserves |
1 teaspoon | Ground ginger |
4 \N | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound |
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
