Apricot cream-filled waffles

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 tablespoon Honey
⅔ cup Canned apricot halves; drained and chopped
8 \N Frozen waffles; toasted
½ cup Hungry Jack Microwave Ready Regular Syrup (from 1lb 8oz container)

In small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; blend well. Stir in apricots. Spoon and spread apricot mixture onto 4 waffles. Top with remaining waffles. Serve with syrup.
