apples, berries, and yams (low fat)

2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
  OR 2 tablespoons olive oil
Apples, peeled and cut
  Into chunks
1 can Yams, drained (23 ounces)
½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 can Whole-berry cranberry
  (16 ounces)
½ cup Orange marmalade
  Yield: 8-10 servings.

Apples, Berries And Yams

In a skillet, melt butter (or heat oil) over medium heat. Sauté apples until crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3-qt. casserole.

Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade. Spoon over yams. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
