Apples and cranberries pudding

Yield: 4 -6

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Bread crumbs toasted.
3 \N Apples Grand smith; Pare, core, and slice thin, (up to 4)
1 cup Brown sugar firmly packed.
¾ teaspoon Nutmeg Ground fresh
3 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Cranberries

Place ½ of the apples in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ sugar and nutmeg. Dot with ½ the butter. Add ½ the bread crumbs and cranberries.

Repeat: Ending with the crumbs. Dot with the butter and bake in pre heated 350F hot oven for 1 hour.

Serve hot with Lemon Pudding.
