Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Self-rising flour |
¼ cup | Sugar |
1½ teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
2 \N | Eggs; beaten |
¾ cup | Apple butter |
¼ cup | Melted butter |
2 tablespoons | Apple juice |
½ cup | Chopped nuts |
½ cup | Raisins |
Combine flour, sugar & cinnamon. Set aside. Combine eggs, apple butter, butter & apple juice. Add to flour mixture, blending well. Stir in nuts & raisins. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
