Apple-basil dressing

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Rice vinegar; (white or apple cider vinegar will do)
4 tablespoons Fresh basil; minced
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Ginger root; minced
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Chili sauce; (I used a red Thai variety from the supermarket)
1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste.

This dressing has only 1t of fat. It is a little unusual in texture. It was recommended for a cole-slaw type salad.

Just mix everything together.
