Apple muffins

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Apple sauce
½ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 \N Egg white, beaten
1¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon BS
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1½ cup Chopped apples (these need
\N \N To be small pieces or the
\N \N Muffins
\N \N Tend to fall apart).

Add apples at the end and fold in gently. Can add raisins if you like. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Makes 8 muffins.
