|1½ cup||Applesauce, mashed bananas|
|Or DRIED FRUIT JAM|
|1¾ cup||Quick oats|
|¼ cup||Chopped dried fruit|
|1 teaspoon||Dried orange peel|
|¼ cup||Chopped NUTS OR SEEDS|
Stir together dry ingredients then combine with remaining items, stirring only enough to moisten oats. Shape into cookies ¼-½" thick. Bake on an oiled cookie sheet at 350F. for 35 minutes. Makes 20.
