Apple nut pudding

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
5 tablespoons Butter
1½ cup Chopped apples
1 cup Chopped nuts

Beat egg; add sugar, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Then add apples and nuts. This is a bit stiff, but the apples make the liquid. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-13-95
