|¾ cup||Red Cinnamon Candy Drops|
|3 cups||Boiling Water|
|3 packs||(Small) Red Jello; <OR>|
|3 packs||(Small) Combination Flavor Jello|
|2¼ cup||Cold Water|
|4½ cup||Grated Apples; unpeeled|
|1 cup||Pecans; chopped|
Dissolve ¾ cup red cinnamon candy drops in the boiling water. Add jello.
When all is dissolved and 2¼ cups cold water. Stir in 4 ½ cups grated apples and chopped pecans. Pour in mold or 9 x 13 pan. Chill till set.
Serve on lettuce leaf if desired.
