Apple filling (canned apples)

Measure Ingredient
6¾ pounds APPLE SLICED #10
2 ounces FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB
1½ pounds SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
1 tablespoon CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN
1 teaspoon MACE GROUND

1. CHOP APPLES INTO ½ INCH PIECES.

2. MIX TOGETHER CINNAMON, FLOUR, MACE AND SUGAR.

3. ADD TO APPLES; MIX WELL.

NOTE: 1. THIS FILLING MAY BE USED IN A VARIETY OF SWEET DOUGH PRODUCTS.
