apple crunch coffee cake

2 cups Bisquick
⅔ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Sugar
Egg
2 cups Apples:thinly sliced & pared
2 tablespoons Nuts; chopped
⅔ cup Bisquick
⅔ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ cup Margarine
½ cup Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Milk; to 3 T milk

STREUSEL TOPPING

GLAZE

Heat oven to 400. Grease 9 x 9 square pan. Mix baking mix, milk, sugar and egg; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread half of the batter in pan. Arrange apple slices on batter; sprinkle with half of the topping. Spread remaining batter over apple slices; sprinkle with remaining topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake about 25 minutes, cool.
