apple chip cookies

| 1 cup | Brown sugar |
| ¼ cup | Butter |
| ½ cup | Cream |
| 1 | Egg |
| ½ teaspoon | Soda |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 1 cup | Chopped,peeled apples |
| ½ cup | Butterscotch Chips |
| 1 cup | Walnuts, chopped |
| Glaze: | |
| 3 tablespoons | Butter, melted |
| 1 tablespoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 tablespoons | Cream |
| 2 cups | Confectioners Sugar |
| 24 | Walnut Halfs |
1. Heat oven to 350 F. 2. Cream butter and sugar; add egg, beat well.
3. Stir in dry ingredients. 4. Add apples and nuts and chips. 5. Drop by teaspoon full onto greased cookiesheet. 6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
7. Make glaze by mixing together the melted butter,cinnamon, cream confectioners sugar. 8. Spread on cookies. 9. Top each with a walnut half.
