apple and brown rice cereal

MeasureIngredient
3½ cup Brown rice, cooked
6 ounces Apple juice concentrate *1
6 ounces Water
1½ cup Apple, chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  Equal sweetner to taste *2
½ cup Walnuts, chopped

*1 use apple juice with no sugar added. *2 can be substituted with any comparable sweetner.

Place first 4 ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium high. Cook 5-8 minutes or until liquid cooks down and apples are tender. Stir constantly. Pour into 4 bowls, sprinkle on sweetner and top with walnuts.
