Appetizer spinach balls - butter busters ^

Yield: 20 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
2 eaches Pk chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup Liquid Butter Buds
⅓ cup Alpine Lace fatfree Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Lite salt, optional
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Thyme

Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour. Shape into one inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet. Store frozen balls in a plastic bag. Bake 15 minutes at 325F, or 30 minutes if frozen. Makes 80 balls (4 balls per serving) Per serving: 53 cal., 0.3g fat (5%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 6g carb., 200mg sod.
