Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix |
2 eaches | Pk chopped spinach, cooked and drained |
1 cup | Egg Beaters |
1 cup | Liquid Butter Buds |
⅓ cup | Alpine Lace fatfree Parmesan cheese |
½ teaspoon | Lite salt, optional |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ teaspoon | Thyme |
Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour. Shape into one inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet. Store frozen balls in a plastic bag. Bake 15 minutes at 325F, or 30 minutes if frozen. Makes 80 balls (4 balls per serving) Per serving: 53 cal., 0.3g fat (5%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 6g carb., 200mg sod.
