Measure | Ingredient |

12 ounces | Cream cheese |
½ cup | Shredded carrot |
½ cup | Shredded zucchini |
2 teaspoons | Dill weed |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ pounds | Thinly sliced fully cooked ham |
½ pounds | Thinly sliced cooked turkey |
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini, dill and pepper.
Spread about 2 tablespoonfuls on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1½ inch pieces. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen.
