|12 ounces||Cream cheese|
|½ cup||Shredded carrot|
|½ cup||Shredded zucchini|
|2 teaspoons||Dill weed|
|½ pounds||Thinly sliced fully cooked ham|
|½ pounds||Thinly sliced cooked turkey|
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini, dill and pepper.
Spread about 2 tablespoonfuls on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1½ inch pieces. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen.
