|1 pounds||Bulk sausage|
|1 teaspoon||Dry mustard|
|2 slices||White bread; cubed|
|1 cup||Grated sharp cheddar cheese; (4 ozs.)|
Crumble, saute and drain sausage. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
