1 pounds Bulk sausage
Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 slices White bread; cubed
1 cup Grated sharp cheddar cheese; (4 ozs.)

Crumble, saute and drain sausage. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
