Measure Ingredient
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
1⅔ cup Bread flour
1½ cup Whole-wheat flour
⅓ cup Yellow cornmeal
⅓ cup Molasses; unsulfured
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Water
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 cup Plus
2 tablespoons Bread flour
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
¼ cup Yellow cornmeal
¼ cup Molasses; unsulfured
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water

FOR 1-½ LB LOAF

Note: The original recipe called for 1½ T vegetable oil for the lg loaf and (1T) for the smaller loaf. I omitted it. Could use Wonderslim or possibly applesauce instead.

Add all ingredients in teh order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing.
