3 ounces | Mushrooms -- slice |
¼ cup | Broccoli florets |
¼ pounds | Cauliflower florest |
3 cups | Light cream |
\N \N | Pasta -- cook al dente |
\N \N | Parmesan -- grate |
In a sauce pan heat butter. Saute onion, carrot, mushrooms and simmer 3 minutes. Add broccoli and caulflower; saute for 1 minute, then add cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour onto pasta and add parmigiano.
