| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 can | (large) crushed pineapple |
| 1 can | (large) apricots; chopped |
| 2 cans | (6-oz) frozen orange juice |
| 2 | Juice cans water |
| 6 | Ripe bananas; mashed |
| 1 can | Coconut |
| Ginger ale or champagne |
Mix thoroughly all ingredients except gingerale or champagne. Freeze in 1 quart (cardboard) freezer containers with lids. Serve with champagne or gingerale.
