|Juice or water|
Put frozen fruit into a blender with ½ c of juice for every cup of frozen fruit & blend until smooth.
Variations: Canataloupe Ice Cream. Blend 1 medium canteloupe cut into spears.
Mango Ice Cream. Blend together 3 frozen medium mangoes, cut into chunks & 5 frozen medium bananas.
Peach Ice Cream. Blend together 4 frozen medium peaches, 2 frozen medium bananas.
Pineapple Sherbet. Blend 1 frozen large pineapple, cut into spears.
Strawberry Sherbet. Blend 1½ c frozen strawberries.
