allergy granola cereal

1 servings
8 cups Rolled oats
1 cup Unsalted raw sunflower seeds
1 cup Sesame seeds or flax seeds
1 cup Sliced almonds or other nuts
1 cup Raw wheat germ or corn grits
1 cup Dessicated coconut OR 1 cup lecithin granules
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Powdered skim milk
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Liquid honey, or corn syrup
2 cups Raisins or currants

Mix dry ingredients (do not add raisins) Blend in oil and honey.

Bake on broiler tray at 250F for 1-½ hours, stirring every half hour. Add raisins after cooking, while still warm. If you use salted sunflower seeds, do not add extra salt.
