Allergy granola cereal

8cupsRolled oats
1cupUnsalted raw sunflower seeds
1cupSesame seeds or flax seeds
1cupSliced almonds or other nuts
1cupRaw wheat germ or corn grits
1cupDessicated coconut OR 1 cup lecithin granules
1teaspoonSalt
½cupPowdered skim milk
1cupVegetable oil
1cupLiquid honey, or corn syrup
2cupsRaisins or currants

Directions

Mix dry ingredients (do not add raisins) Blend in oil and honey.

Bake on broiler tray at 250F for 1-½ hours, stirring every half hour. Add raisins after cooking, while still warm. If you use salted sunflower seeds, do not add extra salt.
