|8 cups||Rolled oats|
|1 cup||Unsalted raw sunflower seeds|
|1 cup||Sesame seeds or flax seeds|
|1 cup||Sliced almonds or other nuts|
|1 cup||Raw wheat germ or corn grits|
|1 cup||Dessicated coconut OR 1 cup lecithin granules|
|½ cup||Powdered skim milk|
|1 cup||Vegetable oil|
|1 cup||Liquid honey, or corn syrup|
|2 cups||Raisins or currants|
Mix dry ingredients (do not add raisins) Blend in oil and honey.
Bake on broiler tray at 250F for 1-½ hours, stirring every half hour. Add raisins after cooking, while still warm. If you use salted sunflower seeds, do not add extra salt.
