½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Light corn syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Heat in microwave on High 2 to 2½ mins, stirring twice, until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. 2. Stir in vanilla. Let cool. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Use wherever chocolate syrup is required.

Great for ice cream and bread puddings. Will mix well in milk for chocolate drink.
