1 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Heavy cream
Stick butter; cut in bits
½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder firmly packed
3 ounces Bittersweet or semisweet
  Chocolate; cut-up
2 tablespoons Amaretto or other almond flavored liqueur
2 tablespoons Chocolate-flavored liqueur

In a small saucepan, combine powdered sugar, cream, butter, cocoa, and chocolate. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth and glossy, 3 to 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in amaretto and chocolate liqueur. Let cool to room temperature.

NOTES : Try varying the liqueurs to suit your taste. If you want it non-alcoholic, leave out the liqueur and substitute ¼ cup of strong coffee.
