|2 tablespoons||White vinegar|
|1½ tablespoon||Soy sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Plus 1 ts sugar|
|1½ teaspoon||Asian sesame oil|
|½ teaspoon||Ginger, grated|
|1 tablespoon||Cilantro, chopped|
|A few drops of hot chile oil|
This all-purpose dressing is ideal for leafy greens, steamed vegetables, and cold meats.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and ginger. Just before serving, stir in the cilantro and chile oil.
