all in one macaroni

1 pounds Ground beef
2 cups Chopped onions
Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 can Crushed tomatoes
1½ cup Water
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
⅛ teaspoon Basil
⅛ teaspoon Thyme
2 cups Elbow macaroni
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Granulated sugar

In large saucepan brown meat, onions and garlic in cooking oil. Add remaining 9 ingredients bring to a boil. Cover and simmer stirring occasionally until macaroni is tender but firm. About 15 minutes.
