MeasureIngredient
Head white cabbage
1 medium Head red cabbage
2 larges Purple onions; sliced into rings
Stalk celery; diced coarsley
Green apple; unpeeled, diced
Red apple; unpeeled, diced
Head cauliflower; separate into flowerets & dice
2 larges Bell peppers; sliced into rings
Limes; juice of (or lemons)
Bottles cole slaw dressing
½ teaspoon Celery seed
  Salt & pepper to taste

Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in refrigerator 4-24 hours (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top several times during chilling.
