½ tablespoon | Yeast |
3 cups | Flour, bread |
½ tablespoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
½ tablespoon | Dough enhancer; optional |
2 tablespoons | Oil |
1 \N | Eggs |
1 cup | Water; warm |
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
In hot, humid weather, use only 1-⅛ c water.
Tested in DAK 1-½ lb R2D2 bread machine.
