Measure Ingredient
1 \N Onion; grated
1 cup Beer
3 \N Garlic cloves; minced
1 tablespoon Molasses
3 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Chili powder
½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Chili sauce
⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
\N \N Pinch cayenne (to taste)
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste
2 teaspoons Liquid smoke flavoring; opti

Saute onion & garlic in butter until softened. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer ½ hour until flavors are combined. Lynn Herrick
