Cows feet, cut in sm.
  Pieces
Fresh chopped carrots
1 medium Onion, chopped
(16 oz.) can green peas
  (unfrozen)
2 packs Canned biscuits
(10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
  Spinach
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper (black)
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
3 tablespoons Hot sauce
Capfuls vinegar

Fill large pot with water. Boil cows feet until tender, with salt, pepper (black and crushed), vinegar and hot sauce, then add spinach, carrots, onions and peas. Cook until almost done.
