4 ounces | Heavy cream |
12 ounces | Whole milk |

2 \N | Stems celery |
1 small | Bell pepper |
1 medium | White or yellow onion Garlic powder Cayenne pepper Salt ot sauce (Tabasco) Parsley |
Chop celery, onion, and bell pepper fine. Saute seasonings in butter until soft and onions are clear. Add peeled, diced potato and raw seafood. Saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings to taste. Simmer on low- medium to medium heat, approximately ½ hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with Parmesan Bread.
