881634 black bean & corn salad

8 servings
(16 oz.) can black beans, rinsed & drained
4 ounces Jack cheese, cubed 1/4"
(8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
¾ cup Sliced green onions
¾ cup Thinly sliced celery
1 small Red pepper, diced
¾ cup Picante sauce
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Cumin
Clove garlic, minced

Combine beans, cheese, corn, onions, celery and red pepper in large bowl. Combine picante sauce, oil, lemon juice, cumin and garlic. Toss with bean mixture; chill. Serve with additional picante sauce, if desired. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 03-24-95
