3 cups Flour
2½ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
2 tablespoons Poppy seed
Eggs
1½ cup Milk
1⅛ cup Oil
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
1½ teaspoon Almond extract

~-GLAZE:--

¼ c. orange juice ¾ c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla ½ tsp. almond extract

Mix all batter ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 5 minutes. Blend orange glaze ingredients. Pour over loaves while still warm in pans. Cool 5 minutes, then remove loaves from pans. --BATTER:--
